Stuart McAdam, the founder of 365 Coaching has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of people management. His experience includes both public and private sector roles with the Local Government Employers (LACSAB) and the CBI.

Stuart has worked as a consultant with KPMG and was the Executive Board Member responsible for HR at Swiss Re Life & Health. Other roles include HR Director at GE SeaCo and Group HR Director at M&G Reinsurance.

Stuart contributed to the FT Handbook of Management, co-authored “Be Your Own Management Consultant” (FT Pitman) and is author of “Executive Coaching” (Thorogood).

Stuart holds a BA in International Politics from Lancaster, an MA in War Studies from KCL and an MBA from Bradford. He is a Chartered FCIPD, a Fellow of the RSA and a Member of the Association for Coaching. He trained as an Executive Coach at the School of Coaching and has recently completed the Tavistock Institute "Coaching for Leadership and Professional Development" Programme.
